I have only recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney, and having decided
to settle here, I began to search for my perfect home. This was very
difficult since I not only did not know the "good", areas, but I also
had no idea of what was a reasonable price for the different properties
I inspected.

As you may know, Real Estate agents do not actually listen to your
personal requirements and I ended up looking at quite a number of
properties that were a complete waste of time. This was very stressful
for me as I worked with a very busy CEO and could not continue taking
valuable time off to rush off and check out more possibilities for my
home.

That's when I met Michael Ramsay who has been a godsend. He very
quickly realised what I wanted and that I was 'picky', as this property
was to be a special place to me. He also understood my lack of time and
managed to combine 6 or 7 properties for me to view, neatly organised
one after the other, within my timeframe.

In a very short time -he found my haven. I asked him to bid for me at
the auction as I felt very wary of 'dummy' bidders. I had knowledge of
this experience from auctions in Sydney. Michael has a very calm
attitude, but determined -this, along with his professional knowledge
of the property market, has made the buying process a happy and
successful event.

I have already recommended Michael to friends of mine, and would gladly
