Sophie Griffith joined MRPA in August 2011 after spending 2 years in Sydney with her husband and three children. She has a long history in Real Estate having worked alongside her father and sister in the family business for almost 10 years. Sophie’s achievements in residential sales are well documented and supported by several awards and top selling milestones within the industry.

Having now returned to the workforce with MRPA, Sophie has retained her agents’ representative licence and as such is a valuable addition to the team. Also assisting with the office management, Sophie is able to achieve the best results for our clients in every possible way.

Born in Geelong, Melinda has resided on a Western District rural property for the past 20 years. Spending summer holidays in Barwon Heads with her husband and 3 children, she possesses a wide knowledge of the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula Region. From her regular employment with a Geelong Based legal firm, Melinda has a thorough understanding of property conveyancing services.

TOM ROE

Tom is a qualified property valuer, land economist and licensed estate agent with over 25 years’ experience working in the property industry. He has particular expertise in buyer advocacy, investment evaluation, due diligence, lease structuring, valuation and negotiation. A large part of Tom’s property background has been working in the residential, broad acre development and office markets in both Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Tom has lived on the Bellarine Peninsula with his wife and three school age children for over 10 years. He has an intimate understanding of the local real estate environment from both an owner occupier and investor perspective and would be delighted to assist with your property needs.
